A Journey of Dedication and Expertise
Steve’s journey began at the DeVry Institute of Technology in Chicago (now DeVry University), where he studied Electronic Engineering. His career path led him into the construction field, where he thrived. In Chicago, Steve ran a successful inspection business before relocating to Florida so he and his wife, Sally, could be closer to family. Here, he founded Platinum Field Services, which has since completed an impressive 6,000+ home inspections, including my home inspection!
A Family Man and Community Pillar
Steve is a dedicated family man, celebrating an impressive milestone this August: 50 years of marriage to his wonderful wife. Their love story began in Chicago and together, they have been blessed with two children and seven grandchildren.
A Man of Many Talents
Steve is also an ordained minister and has served as an ecclesiastical volunteer, including a significant stint in Belfast from 1971 to 1973. Despite being 73 years young and still traveling to see family on the west side of the country, Steve retains all his own hair and an indomitable spirit.
A Passion for Running
An avid runner, Steve started running at 65 and completed his first half marathon at Disney in 2017. Today he enjoys participating in 5K and 10K races, with fast walking!
